I've been waiting a while for a Monster High doll - we've had a kind of long distance love affair - I drool at them over the internet, run into every shop to stare at them, and then they reject me with their price tags.
But not any more! Today I finally won an Operetta doll on ebay, for £8!
To my boyfriend, that'll seem like a lot to pay for a play doll, but I'm just too excited. I love her hair. And her face, haha.

Unfortunately, she isn't in her box, so I don't get to play with her pretty packaging, but she is in the UK, so I'll get her soon!
She's the original release, so she's got that rad outfit and guitar. Her hair is a bit of a mess though, I'm guessing because a kid has been playing with her, but I should be able to sort that out easily enough.
Once she gets here, I'll start taking my own photos, so I don't have to put up with Mattel's shots. I've seen some people do amazing things on flickr with this doll, so I have to say, I'm very, very excited!
