SO EXCITED AHHH

Finally, my perseverance paid off, and I just bought Merry Skier for £40! She was listed on ebay, my a woman who received her as an unwanted gift, and she's completely mint apart from one missing mitten. I sent her message asking her to consider an offer, and SHE DID! She's posting her off tomorrow and she'll be here in 4 days! I'm so, so happy.

New Arrival :)

Here are some photos of my new girl who's on the way, she's a custom blythe clone, with a human hair weft.

She's gorgeous! I'm so excited to get her, and then Crab Apple will be here soon too, and I'll have my two lovely Blythe misfits together. At the carboot sale today I found loads of cute doll clothes and a little sofa too, so I'm prepared for their arrival!

I can't decide what to call this lady yet though, her current owner calls her Yoyo, but I'm not sure - I might call her Tuesday. Any suggestions?

Look at those greeny yellows!

She has fabulous chips and lovely lids. I'm so excited!

Not my photos, photos from her current mum :)

Ouli's off to Illinois!

I'm very lucky, as I've found Ouli a wonderful home to go to in Illinois, with a lovely new mummy! She got adopted really quickly, a couple of hours after I listed her, so I'm a happy bunny. Her new home has other dolls for her to play with too, so I'm sure she'll be happy. She loves ruling the roost ;)

In other news, I've also listed two dolls up for sale on ebay, including my Operetta doll -

My Ebay

and I'm also trying to sell Dottie Rose, my living dead doll. What's up with me clearing out all my dolls?
I've got a reason, a very good reason. I need, must, want, have to raise some money to get some Blythe's! I know I've only had these dolls for a little while, but they need to go to loving homes, because in my mind they just aren't as good as Blythe's, but I'm hoping I'll find someone who gives them to attention they deserve :)

For Adoption!

I'm putting my little clone, Ouli up for adoption for £40 + shipping (open to offers) OR trade!

She's a cutie, but I want to raise some money for some other Blythe's (: Ouli has a wig, which is long, and good quality. She will come in the dress and shoes she arrived in,along with the wig I bought. She also has fully working sleepy eyes.
As I bought her to customise, she is in good, but used condition. Perfect for bait for someone who wants to carve/sand her, or just as a nice, slightly cheaper alternative. She wants to go to a home with lots of other friends :)

I'm too big for this small town, I'm ready to fly

Pretty please adopt me?

Dottie Rose, Birthdays, Food Poisoning...

Today is my nineteenth birthday...
but I have food poisoning. Great, right? As a result, I haven't been able to go and see my family, go out, get any presents or cards from anyone - I haven't had a birthday at all.

But, on the plus side, my Living Dead doll that I bought off the 'bay arrived this morning, which was a bit of a brightener.
Excuse the bad photos, but I'm too ill to stand up...

This is her box/coffin

Let me out!
That little plastic lump in the bottom of the coffin is Dottie's pet poodle - Hun, who incidentally is also dead.

Dottie comes with a death certificate too - Apparently, little Dottie was allergic to the sun, but she liked sundresses and her pet poodle hun, late one morning Hun ran out into the day, Dottie followed fast, dying on her way!

(The poem on the 'death certificate' is much better than my approximation, haha)

Wot meht?!

Dottie is no longer produced, and comes both with or without eyebrows - those with are more limited. Yay eyebrows.
Check out those brows!

Intense face!
One thing that confuses me is that apparently Dottie died in 1904 - but she has pink hair and pink toe nail varnish. Hmmm...
