SO EXCITED AHHH

Finally, my perseverance paid off, and I just bought Merry Skier for £40! She was listed on ebay, my a woman who received her as an unwanted gift, and she's completely mint apart from one missing mitten. I sent her message asking her to consider an offer, and SHE DID! She's posting her off tomorrow and she'll be here in 4 days! I'm so, so happy.

New Arrival :)

Here are some photos of my new girl who's on the way, she's a custom blythe clone, with a human hair weft.

She's gorgeous! I'm so excited to get her, and then Crab Apple will be here soon too, and I'll have my two lovely Blythe misfits together. At the carboot sale today I found loads of cute doll clothes and a little sofa too, so I'm prepared for their arrival!

I can't decide what to call this lady yet though, her current owner calls her Yoyo, but I'm not sure - I might call her Tuesday. Any suggestions?

Look at those greeny yellows!

She has fabulous chips and lovely lids. I'm so excited!

Not my photos, photos from her current mum :)

Ouli's off to Illinois!

I'm very lucky, as I've found Ouli a wonderful home to go to in Illinois, with a lovely new mummy! She got adopted really quickly, a couple of hours after I listed her, so I'm a happy bunny. Her new home has other dolls for her to play with too, so I'm sure she'll be happy. She loves ruling the roost ;)

In other news, I've also listed two dolls up for sale on ebay, including my Operetta doll -

My Ebay

and I'm also trying to sell Dottie Rose, my living dead doll. What's up with me clearing out all my dolls?
I've got a reason, a very good reason. I need, must, want, have to raise some money to get some Blythe's! I know I've only had these dolls for a little while, but they need to go to loving homes, because in my mind they just aren't as good as Blythe's, but I'm hoping I'll find someone who gives them to attention they deserve :)

For Adoption!

I'm putting my little clone, Ouli up for adoption for £40 + shipping (open to offers) OR trade!

She's a cutie, but I want to raise some money for some other Blythe's (: Ouli has a wig, which is long, and good quality. She will come in the dress and shoes she arrived in,along with the wig I bought. She also has fully working sleepy eyes.
As I bought her to customise, she is in good, but used condition. Perfect for bait for someone who wants to carve/sand her, or just as a nice, slightly cheaper alternative. She wants to go to a home with lots of other friends :)

I'm too big for this small town, I'm ready to fly

Pretty please adopt me?

Dottie Rose, Birthdays, Food Poisoning...

Today is my nineteenth birthday...
but I have food poisoning. Great, right? As a result, I haven't been able to go and see my family, go out, get any presents or cards from anyone - I haven't had a birthday at all.

But, on the plus side, my Living Dead doll that I bought off the 'bay arrived this morning, which was a bit of a brightener.
Excuse the bad photos, but I'm too ill to stand up...

This is her box/coffin

Let me out!
That little plastic lump in the bottom of the coffin is Dottie's pet poodle - Hun, who incidentally is also dead.

Dottie comes with a death certificate too - Apparently, little Dottie was allergic to the sun, but she liked sundresses and her pet poodle hun, late one morning Hun ran out into the day, Dottie followed fast, dying on her way!

(The poem on the 'death certificate' is much better than my approximation, haha)

Wot meht?!

Dottie is no longer produced, and comes both with or without eyebrows - those with are more limited. Yay eyebrows.
Check out those brows!

Intense face!
One thing that confuses me is that apparently Dottie died in 1904 - but she has pink hair and pink toe nail varnish. Hmmm...

Superhappyfuntimes!

Not dolly related, but opened one of my birthday presents early today, from my boyfriend.
Irregular choice shoes, ohmygod, they're so beautiful! Best present ever, god!

drool

They've stolen my sole. Haha, pun ;)

Check out that heel - 4.25 inches

The bottom is so beautiful on these shoes, look at the detail

They are SO AMAZING. Practically hyperventilating. Love them just a little bit.
In other great news, I've put a deposit down on crab apple :)

Crabby

After chatting to a lovely lady on the Dolly Adoption page on Facebook, look who might be coming to live with me!

This is Crab Apple - She's a moody blythe/clone custom, with a pout and an attitude. She has a takara body, and a clone head.

I think I'm in love with her already. She has so much character. Fingers crossed I'll raise the money and she'll be with me soon.

Dolly News!

I just surprised myself by winning an ebay auction for a living dead doll. For cheaps! Yaya.
The doll I was bidding on was Dottie Rose - with her little pet poodle, Hun. She's like new with her coffin box. Here's a photo -

Interestingly, Dottie comes with or without eyebrows, and mine has the adorable eyebrows, which make her look very grumpy. I have a feeling the dottie with brows is even more rare than usual Living Dead dolls, as I could hardly find any photos of her, and no stock photos at all. I also found out that you can't buy Dottie new anymore. Needless to say, I'm very excited to get her, hopefully around my birthday, which is wednesday! :)

OOAK custom bratz hybrid For Sale!

Hello :) Up for adoption is one of my first customs, a modern geisha doll. This doll is a ooak bratz/my scene hybrid. I have carved, sanded and repainted her face. I've also treated and styled her hair, added dreaded pink and blonde synthetic hair and entwined small flowers into her hair, which are inlaid with swarvoski crystals.
As she is a custom, and she's my first one, she may have some faults, and her paint job isn't the best, but she's still exotic and pretty.
I'm asking for £8 + Shipping costs, and she'll be shipped in a stock myscene outfit, seen in the photos.

a little dress...

I got bored with Ouli's dress, so I decided to make her a quick DIY one, I haven't actually stitched anything, this is just a sneaky little wrap around.

Flowers?

Dress

Meanwhile, my laptop/netbook appeared to break as I was taking these photos - the screen won't turn on, it's all black, and it won't switch off at all. Bad bad news. So I'm using the boyfriend's computer. I really can't afford to buy a new laptop, not at the moment, so I have no idea what I'm going to do. Hopefully it'll fix itself soon.

Cute Little Things

The present I ordered for my boyfriend arrived this morning, an original Punk Troll Doll. Look at it!

OH

Happy boyfriend :)

You and me, we aren't so different

Can I have your guitar please..?
It was my day off work today, so we went for lunch and then went to the carboot. I was excited hoping I'd find some dolls, or clothes...but no. Alex (my boyfriend) managed to find himself a toy though...

This shit is rad!

It's a littlew plug in game thingymajigger. Otherwise known as a 'namco' - it's an old school game which  you plug into the tv - with pacman etc. He's already got one, but he wanted this one too (:

Ouli loves her time in front of the camera, so wanted to show off some of the things we found in my craft box

It almost fits, almost!

More photos to come shortly!
